“There was a roach in the kitchen and small bugs in the bedrooms. We called to get it taken care of the night we found the bugs. They came the next day to spray our room. The location of the hotel and the hotel itself is very nice.”

“The easy access to beach and boardwalk.”

“I'm going to start with the staff. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!! We needed a few things during our stay and they were there with them within minutes. Love that. The room was very clean upon arrival and it was perfect for what I was looking for. The only complaint that I would have is that the flooring needs some attention. There were certain spots where it was coming up and very sharp to step on barefooted. Other than that, not one single complaint. We will be staying at The Beach……

“After walking around the room in bare feet (after showering), we found our feet to be filthy. Apparently the floor had not been mopped between guests. Housekeeping came and mopped when we contacted them about it. We were also planning to use the sofa bed but it was literally just fabric over springs and thus unusable. It was also clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile as it had hairs and food crumbs on the bedding that had probably fallen down through the couch cushions. On a positive note,……
