Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. ”

We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. ”

“Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. I never sleep well when I am away from my bed. But the BOHO house had the most comfortable King size bed. I slept great every night! Total game changer! I loved the mattress so much I have looked into buying one for my home. The living room was cute, quiet and cozy- a great place to unwind with a glass of wine and a good……
