For shared use: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with plants and flowers, public parking on the road. Supermarket 4.2 km, shopping centre 9.6 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bar 4.5 km, bakery 4 km, café 4.5 km, bus stop "Anémones" 850 m, sandy beach "du Port Helene" 3.4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, surf school 3.7 km. Nearby attractions: Magic world 5.5 km, kiddy Park 6 km, Jardin Olbius Riquier 8.8 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Hyères le Port. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Appartement correspondant à nos attentes néanmoins il reste inadapté pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants ou nourrissons (beaucoup d'escaliers non sécurisés)
