This 2 bedroom 3 bath bayfront condo is located in St. James, just a few miles from Carrabelle, Fl on the “Forgotten Coast”. Enjoy a peaceful environment unlike anywhere else in Florida. The location is 45 miles from the Tallahassee airport, one mile from phenomenal golfing at the St James Club and a few miles from Carrabelle, St George Island and Apalachicola. Enjoy a piece of the "old" Florida: peaceful and quiet!! 400 foot dock available for fishing. Phenomenal views of the Gulf from the unit. Beach appropriate for sunbathing but not swimming.

Came down with my daughter for a few days to tour FSU. Picked this place because it was located about halfway between Tallahassee and St George Island. Couldn’t have been happier. Nice location, beautiful views, and the condo was very nice & clean. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Relaxing and comfortable
We really liked the location of the condo being near St. George Island and Apalachicola. Enjoyed fishing off the pier and dolphin visits while drinking coffee on the deck. Loved the clean comfy furniture and décor. With the wall facing the bay being all glass it felt like you were outside and not missing any marine life and bird action.
