Sand Castles - 34 Gold Coast Drive

Absolute Beachfront, this cute single-storey shack is perfectly priced for that perfect getaway any time of the year. You'll be blown away by the stunning sea views. This property is located in South Bay Carrickalinga and just walk across the road to the beach. It comprises of 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom to sleep up to 8 people. Open plan kitchen/living/dining, ducted air conditioner for summer months, and gas heating for those winter months. Sit back quietly and read a book and enjoy the fresh sea air, all year round.

Location: Absolute Beach Front
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 (4 bed/1 bath) 3 queens, 2 singles
Facilities: Open plan Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen, Laundry, wifi
Features/entertainment: tv, dvd, bbq, wifi
Heating/cooling: Ducted Cooling Air Conditioner to living area only, a Gas heater to living only.

Special features: Beautiful Decking with Stunning Views
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel

Excellent location

We enjoyed a family getaway. Location was perfect walking distance to the beach. Big backyard for our dog but not fully fenced. Liked having 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds. The upstairs bedrooms were hard to cool down on a hot day. Fans helped but no aircon in upstairs rooms. An exhaust fan for the bathroom would have been good.

stunning location

A true shack. Comfortable and stunning location, with short easy walk to beautiful beach. Cupboards in the kitchen could do with screws tightened and queen bed downstairs has an awfully stained mattress, which should be replaced. Otherwise fabulous and we will return.

A fantastic location that allows pets.

Not the most modern property but it is very comfortable. Perfectly located with only a lightly trafficked road between you and the water. The property has some unique features which are obviously the result of renovation such as the plethora of doors by the WC and the main light switch for the bathroom being three rooms away in the laundry. However the property had comfortable beds and all of the facilities for an enjoyable holiday. I would recommend this property as long as you are not looking for ultra modern. We intend to hire the property in the future for another holiday. An added bonus is the ability to take your pets on holiday with you.

Perfect, no fuss home

Excellent location. Rustic enough not to have to stress too much about bringing a bit of sand inside! Loved having my dog there but it would have been better to have a bit of fencing. Would recommend.
