  • This is a family-friendly home and is only suited to families wanting to relax and enjoy each other's company.
    Strictly no parties or large groups permitted. (This home is surrounded by close permanent residents.)
    This truly is a luxury home that you will fall in love with and want to return to time and time again. This newly built two-storey holiday home has all you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This property comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (spa bath located in one bathroom) and will sleep up to 10 people. Also offering 2 separate living areas, a kitchen upstairs with all the mod cons including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (byo coffee pods), while downstairs you will find a games room. This property is fully air-conditioned, too.
    Enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sunsets, or a family BBQ from the large deck under the main roof balcony/entertaining area. When out and about, enjoy water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine.

    Location: Located in Carrickalinga Rise, only a 10-minute walk to the beach
    Bed configuration: Sleeps 10 (4 bed/2.5 bathrooms): 3 Queens, 2 Tri Bunks.
    Facilities: All-in-one lounge, dining, kitchen area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (Byo pods).
    Features/entertainment: Spa Bath, wifi, TV, Stereo, DVD, Large Deck with views, BBQ
    Heating/cooling: Reverse Cycle Ducted Air Conditioning
    Pets: No Pets
    Fenced: Fully fenced area (rear of house)
    Special Features: Decking with nice rural views, with outdoor furniture
    Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and will be incorporated into the rental fee
    Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
    Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
    Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, face washer & T-towel

We stopped here with another family for 4 nights. 4 adults and 5 children in the group. The house is large, comfortable and well equipped, there was nothing we went without... other than hot water! The kitchen is well equipped and preparing simple meals during the day was easy. There is an enormous deck and outdoor table which we used every evening. Bedroom layouts and ample bathroom facilities for our party of 9. Little things like having some laundry detergent, dish-washing liquids and plenty utensils made the stay easier than we have had in the past. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. An electric hot water service that is under-sized for the max sleeping capacity of the home. A day out at the beach meant hot water ran out while we were trying to shower everyone late in the afternoon. The built-in settings meant that after morning showers and dishes it does not refill and start re-heating until after 10pm. Hot water is not an option for a second-round of showers during the day Other than this minor problem the location was nice and quiet and we would gladly stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous view of the hills and beach in the distance. Beautifully set out to suit a group of people. Would definately come again. Thank you !
