“This house is a great place to have as a hub on the North Shore of Tahoe. Would stay there again without a doubt. Clean, well stocked, and quiet.”

“Renter beware, this is not a ski in ski out condo, nor can it accommodate more than 3 people comfortably. Owner claimed it was 50 steps to hill, which you can not reach due to ice and being roped off. Kitchen had only 3 dinner plates for dining, so not sure how the description claims can accommodate 6+. The hot tub pool area is not on site so that was also out of the equation. Deck was not shoveled nor was the outdoor deck furniture shoveled off so also out of the equation.”

“Our family stayed here for Christmas- three kiddos (ages 2-5), sister-in-law and her husband and my husband’s parents. There was plenty of space for everyone! Each bedroom was a good size and the main living area, kitchen and dining room were big enough for the six adults and three littles. The entire house was well-decorated which made it feel modern and upscale. The large couches, blankets and fireplace made the main living area super cozy. It was a pleasant surprise to see the refrigerator……

“The house is great! Clean, comfortable and charming. Very close to everything in town. Only disappointing thing is that no access offered to Incline Beaches. I know this is a trend and I am aware of the reasons why, but something should be reconsidered. The Incline beaches are a main summer attraction and it’s disappointing not to be able go. I would encourage property owners to work something out with IVGID for there rental guest.”

“Easy location - perfect for 2 families!”

“This house is cute but dated with a huge dead tree in front that looks like it could fall anytime. That made us nervous. The master bed was unusable for 2 people - too soft/old so that if 2 people were in the bed they rolled into the crevass in the middle of the bed. We had to sleep upstairs in a twin. There were key things missing in this unit that we needed to buy: kitchen sponge, hot pad, cooking supplies. Having said that, the location was great for us because we are renovating our home……

“This is a beautiful home in an absolutely wonderful location on the Northshore of Lake Tahoe. It was perfect for our family of 8. The upstairs master bedroom is lovely. The beds are very comfortable and I love the linens. The kitchen is stocked with more than you ever thought you needed, dishes included. It surpasses the site's pictures. My only complaint is that the house should have had a walkthrough by the management team before our arrival: we found chirping smoke alarms, burnt out lights……

“The cabin is better than the pics and it’s in a cute cozy community, minutes from hiking/skiing/lakeside/town. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the house systems are easy to use (check-in, heating, washer/dryer, dish washer). Communicative and generous hosts made everything welcoming and easy.”

“We had an excellent stay here!! Super clean and beautiful interior design. John was a wonderful host. Very quick to reply and super helpful with any questions we had! Great location too- right next to multiple trails, beach access, restaurants, and shopping. Not far from ski resorts like Northstar too. Hoping we can stay here again someday soon. ”

“Me and my family had a great time whiling staying in this country home. They provided board games and movies while we stayed due to a bad snow storm. Only bad thing I would say is that good luck finding the garage dump and be prepared to walk down the stairs especially when it's snowing. Other than that it was an amazing journey and will Definitely be going back for summer”

“Very close to Diamond Peak and the main areas of Incline Village. Kitchen has all of the pots, pans, bowls, etc. Very clean. Owner was communicative and friendly. Our 3 young kids were able to all sleep in the same room together with two double beds. Would stay here again.”

“We stayed for the night just passing through on our way back home from southern Cali to our home base in upper Washington state We had five of us and 3 dogs. It was just enough space for all of us, but any more it would have been too much. The cottage is an old duplex so keep that in mind... Overall our stay was fine and the place was clean.”
