Relaxing…Comfortable…Luxurious. Have a wonderful vacation in this 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Condo in The Third Creek Townhomes w/ Seasonal Pool/Hot Tub and Tennis Court.

Permitted Rental: Washoe County WSTR21-0012 & RSCVA W-4769. NOTE: Our permit allows for a MAXIMUM of 4 guests at any time w/in the townhome and pool area (No differentiation for age - infants are included). No gatherings beyond 4 people are allowed under Washoe County permit rules and no parties. These are not HOA rules but county rules and apply to all legal rentals in Incline Village. Thank you for your understanding.

Because of this limited occupancy, the townhome is well maintained and pristine.

Professionally cleaned & disinfected. We follow strict guidelines & inspect after each cleaning.

Everything you could want for a relaxing vacation - Fabulous location - Close to Skiing, Beaches, Golf, Stores, and Restaurants; Seasonal Pool and Hot Tub included!

For Summer Visitors: Close-by beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and King's Beach, CA.

For Winter Visitors: Ski or snowboard at Diamond Peak Ski Resort during the ski season. Great prices, especially for non-peak days. Look for on-line specials.

NOTE for Reservations over 28 days: There is no short-term occupancy tax (normally 13%) for stays of 28 days or more. If your quote shows this tax, please contact us and we will have it removed before you make your payment.

NOW, specifics on the townhome - a beautiful place to relax after skiing in the winter or spending a day at the beach in the summer:

Relaxing, Comfortable and Luxurious. Beautifully decorated and serene, clean and pristine. Come stay in this 3 bedroom and 3 full bath townhome located in the gated side of The Third Creek Townhomes in Incline Village, Nevada. This is an end unit will lots of light and a sunny deck which overlooks the common area. One bedroom is set-up as a study so you can work from home with high-speed internet included.

Vaulted Great Room with high ceilings. Wood floor in the entry, hallway and kitchen and luxurious carpet everywhere else. Quartz kitchen counters. Kitchen has a gas range in island, a wide window over the sink, and is well outfitted with small appliances, dishes, and pots and pans.

Quality Shaker style furniture fits nicely with our recreation life-style on the pristine shore of North Lake Tahoe.

Guest/office & bath on first floor. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet has a fireplace between the bedroom and spa tub of the bathroom. Other upstairs bedroom is a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another walk-in closet.

Near-by a path leads to the pool & tennis courts, a short 3-minute walk through the wooded area and over a scenic stream. Attached one-car garage.

Note: Outside camera on Ring Doorbell and Garage Opener. There are no cameras within the townhome.

Amazing location in Incline Village—walking distance to the general store, Tesla Superchargers, and great restaurants. FANTASTIC in every way!

From the exciting beginning to the very sad day of departure, this place was fantastic! Helen is a great hostess, including very clear and prompt communication prior to booking and arrival. Once we opened the door of this beautiful townhome we were stunned by the spotless interior which was exceptionally well-appointed with absolutely everything that we needed. And the location was perfect, since it is close to the slopes and the lake, as well as easy walking distance to most everything commercial (restaurants, bars, groceries, etc) in the village. We had a great time, and we can't wait to come back! Thank you very much!

nice and clean, great location. I just don't understand why it only allows 4 people to stay. It's a 3 bedroom with plenty of room for 6 people. We may not be able to return next year if that's the case. We really enjoyed this unit and Helen was great to communicate with.

Wonderful Home

This home in Incline is lovely! It has absolutely everything you would like in the home. Well organized and everything is top quality. The location is perfect for walking most places. The tennis courts and swimming pool are a short walk away. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely come again to stay.

Amazing Tahoe Condo

Our family of 5 stayed at this Incline Village condo for 8 nights and it was amazing! It’s in the best location, walk 2-5 minutes to the grocery store and a few restaurants, while also being just over 1 mile from the Hyatt Regency, with other restaurants and the casino / sportsbook. This Hyatt also has a great beach, food and drink service, right off a main dock and nice view from the north shore. This condo is located on Tahoe Blvd / SR 28, which is the main street through Incline Village and wraps around the north shore. Easy to drive down this street to the other beaches and access paddle boarding, cayak, bicycle rental and more. I also played golf twice at the Incline Village Championship Golf Course, which was located literally 1 street over and 3 minutes away. The convenience was amazing! The condo is in a beautiful, gated community, and was super clean, felt new inside. It has a washer/dryer right off the master, comfortable beds, great patio which we grilled on, and the neighborhood was super quiet as well. Helen responded super fast to any needs and checked in on us to ensure we were doing well on our vacation. We had the best time in Lake Tahoe! I could go on, but whether you’re by yourself, with your spouse, or small family, I’d highly recommend staying at this condo!

Absolutely amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about this townhouse and our absolutely amazing host Helen! The decor in the townhouse is stunning with so much attention paid to detail. Everything was immaculate and of very high quality. The kitchen was well equipped with every imaginable item necessary to prepare our meals. Helen provided everything you could possibly think of to welcome you and to make your stay comfortable. She provided detailed information both before and during our stay including a binder with comprehensive instructions. She was very communicative and always responded immediately with answers to our questions. We definitely plan on returning!

Inclined Village perfection

We were very fortunate to have found this wonderful accommodation on our first visit to Lake Tahoe. It has everything you need for a relaxing visit. The kitchen is not only functional with ample amenities, but also beautiful with lots of working space. There are plenty of areas for dining, including an outside umbrella table, an indoor dining room table and counter space in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the outside space in particular. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Helen has thought of everything. She has discreetly labeled areas around the place to help you acclimate. The grounds of the accommodation are wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool as it is a nice size with ample seating surrounding it. Incline Village itself has everything that you need. The grocery store is steps away. There are plenty of restaurants as well. We are more than pleased that we not only chose incline Village, but also could stay in a place that was quiet and well taken care of. Thank you, Helen!

Beautiful townhome in ideal location

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It's incredibly clean and comfortable with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It's perfectly maintained and well appointed. The grocery store is steps away and only a 5 min drive to DiamondPeak ski resort. Even though it's close to everything the location is beautiful and quiet. Helen, the host, is so friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

Perfect Snowy Getaway.

Our stay was during the most recent blizzard weather event. Our host, Helen, proactively reached out to us and gave us some helpful tips and resources to help us navigate the weather and roads. The rental was perfect for our family and was walkable/close to the restaurants, shopping and skiing. I liked that the kitchen was open to the living room and was well equipped for cooking and having meals in. I especially liked that the home was clean and tidy! I would definitely stay again.
