"Check in was alittle bad. The room wasn’t ready at 4pm. We got checked in but not given room key/card and by the time room was ready (33 mins later) had to wait in a long line (approximately another 10-15 min) and everything was already booked for the evening -yet we were one of the first to be there originally. The lady who finished our check in was not friendly and did not explain much of anything. The maintenance guy overhead everything and meet us outside to ask if we had enough understanding of check in. He explained more and was extremely helpful. Wish I had gotten is name to give home credit! The pool was probably the best experience there. The mineral soaks are women’s one side and men’s the other. Separately so couples are not together if anyone is looking for that. Sitting outside in the quietness was good though!"

"If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!"
