Well equipped apartment in great location

Jose Maria's ground floor apartment, with a big terrace from which you can see the cove and the sea at the end of the street if you stand up, is very well equipped and situated on the outskirts of Cabo de Palos (20-25 minute walk to the port) and well placed for the Calblanque national park, with lots of lovely unspoilt beaches, to which we went by bike. The communal swimming pool is lovely. There is a big supermarket 10 minutes walk away and the area is quiet, at least when we were there in September. Some things could do with a bit of maintenance (door handles falling off, unironed sheets) but the apartment has everything you could need, including parasol and beach chairs. The phone signal is very poor but the wifi works fine. Our car broke down on the way but Jose Maria's daughter very kindly waited hours for us and then even went to buy us water. Altogether highly recommendable.

Apartamento muy acogedor

Apartamento muy amplio y con todo lo necesario. En temporada alta muy bien situado porque está apartado del centro, en temporada baja quizá un poco apartado (a 15 minutos andando del puerto).

Séjour très agréables. Très bonne situation de la location. Bon OK l'exposition aurait pu être mieux mais cela nous a pas gêné ..avons pris tous nos repas sur la grande terrasse Très bonne relation avec José Maria, avec toujours le petit conseil qui va bien ....et une énorme souplesses dans la gestion de l'arrivée et le départ. Nous reviendrons car il y a tout . Appartement équipements complets La région offre : Plongées; Plages Rando, Visite de site Ville et musée Avec le supermarché SPAR et le marché le dimanche y à quoi tenir facilement . Bref je conserve le bon plan :)

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Amplio, limpio y ordenado. Fue un placer pasar nuestras vacaciones en un lugar tan tranquilo que terminó siendo hogar! Una maravilla poder ver el mar desde el balcón, la zona es inmejorable y en general la experiencia fue 10/10.

We rented Jose’s property for a whole month while we were sorting out all the legalities of buying our own Spanish property We had a wonderful relaxing time here away from the stress and even though we now live in Spain we will definitely return for a holiday The place is clean and spotless as well as very spacious We loved every minute

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, el dueño muy simpático y atento a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. las camas muy confortables y el aire acondicionado estupendo aunque a penas lo tuvimos que poner. La piscina para nosotros solos y las vistas espectaculares.

El apartamento está en un lugar muy tranquilo, junto a una pequeña playa a la que conviene ir con escarpines y gafas para disfrutar de la riqueza del fondo, la piscina está muy bien con unas vistas muy bonitas. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario con una gran terraza donde se puede comer y cenar. El propietario es atento y dispuesto a solucionar dudas e inconvenientes. Es una zona con mala cobertura de movil con lo que es bueno contratar el servicio de wifi

Très agréables vacances

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cet appartement.Les propriétaires sont très sympas ,l'endroit est calme,peu de gens à la piscineavec une belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel(lave-vaiselle,lessiveuse,wifi ) et bénéficie d'une grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris tous nos repas. Garage avec place réservée. Tout à fait conforme à la description.
