「Advise the hotel to provide ear plugs for guests. Saturday night thumping and music did not end until midnight & then woken up at 6am by smashing bottles - recycling or something with the bins. I thought with the refurb they'd managed to insulate the rooms for noise. Wasn't really worth the cost of $235 & having a child. Both had a terrible night sleep Check in process could be improved - better instructions of codes etc as no keys issued or reception staff - that could be an Expedia problem...
