“So this is tricky. Proprietor is nice. I was shown a room that smelled of smoke. Second room was great. Most guests appeared to be longer term, public assistance. Difficult to navigate for owner. I would return but might not be for everyone currently. Excellent value for me and my motorcycle. Hope this helps.”

“The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.”

“This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.”
