「Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. The toilets are communal but there’s lots of them so we never waited for them. It actually speeded us all up getting ready as we had a toilet each in the morning. Free supplies for breakfast and a fully functioning kitchen. Big car park too. The only negative was the check in process. You collect keys from the bar and there was a party on so we had to wait half an hour for someone to come with the keys 」

「We booked for one night, and were looking forward to using the spa facilities. When we arrived, we were told that they were shut for refurbishment. Apparently, this work has been going on for some time. I was told an email had been sent out. I did not receive any email. The hotel has a duty to let people know such things, so they have a choice of changing their plans. I noticed a lot of unhappy people that weekend. They are not afraid to charge top prices, and yet offer very little in return.」
