「We never EVER received a key code for the apartment, only for the entrance to the key room. After travelling for over 16 hours and no sleep for over 30 hours we did not appreciate the fact we could not access our apartment. After 3 hours another tourist also having trouble accessing their keys helped us calling as the 20 done phone calls I tried only got me to an answering service for Unik Vacations so no HELP at all. Very frustrating and would not recommend as you get absolutely no assistance...
