Ronda Casa del Rey Moro Hotels

"The hotel was very impressive on arrival in the foyer, check in staff lovely. The room wasn’t ready so we went up to the bar for a snack. I used the toilet there which left a lot to be desired. 3 cubicles for both men and women. Very shabby and basic, not what I expected after the initial entrance. Aside from that the hotel was nice, a clean, well presented room. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from the buffet. The rooftop bar/restaurant & pool deck was a bonus with lovely views up the main street and overlooking the Bullring. Excellent location too."

"Although the directions to the hotel and parking were complicated- we realised later and once arrived where we had gone wrong- but not easy nevertheless. As for the apartment- it was spacious - views were incredible and the parking was a huge bonus. My only negatives would be the cleanliness of the room- dusty in parts- and the fridge wasn’t cleaned out properly- lastly the bed so super hard and we had to share a elongated pillow (joined) which was strange and not ideal. Apart from that I’d visit again and to the apartment if they made the amends as mentioned."

"Parking difficult in old town if busy, which it certainly was during our visit. Unfortunately our ground floor room was damp with paint peeling off one wall which made the whole place have a penetrating damp ambience. On the plus side, the hotel is in a great lication."

"My friend and I had a wonderful three-night stay at this small hotel at the foothills of an amazing mountain range covered in olive trees, cliffs, and lush green fields. I had an issue with the original room they put me in, but they quickly made accommodations to make me comfortable in a different room and take care of a few other minor issues that came up. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable in the mornings. I got used to the extremely steep hill to get down and up from the hotel, but it was definitely a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future."

"Very nice, small hotel in congested downtown Ronda. Hotel staff was excellent and helpful. No parking, so needed to park in public parking garage. It worked out well."
