“This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever been. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned- maybe in months. The brita water filter hadn’t been changed in so long that the water was cloudy. The main burner on the stove was filthy, and had exposed wires to the point where if we’d have cooked on it, it’s definitely a fire hazard. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night because of the conditions. Communication was good w management until I told them we left early and why. They have failed to respond to my……

“The house is cozy and had clearly just been cleaned. But overall the level of care felt very sparse - no paper towels, only one kitchen towel, there were clothes left in the washer and dryer, and kitchen felt mismatched pots and pans. The house is better for a summer stay because the heating units could not be louder and the walls do not feel insulated. So we had to keep the pellet stove on or else the heat dropped incredibly fast. We all had terrible nights sleep because of the heating……

“This place is in a good location. However it is definitely in need of attention. As noted by other reviewers the dishwasher is not usable with the broken bottom rack in place. Remove it and you get one top rack’s worth of room to wash dishes. Only one outlet in the kitchen worked. The beds are not comfortable at all, though the downstairs beds are better. The TV worked as did the small window AC unit upstairs. The kitchen is sparsely appointed, and I’m not sure the grill would work-we……
