La habitación se veía algo descuidada, hacía tiempo que no se aseaba, había polvo en la habitación, la bañera tenía restos de jabón y los espejos se veían algo sucios. En las sábanas se podían ver cabellos que no eran de nosotros, pero lo más importante fue que tuvimos un problema con la TV y la persona que trató de ayudarnos se notó que no fue de buena gana, fue a la habitación para ver el problema y estando ahi solo me dijo que sería el control, pero tuve que ir de nuevo a recepción y me dieron otro para tratar y tampoco funciono, luego me dijo que podría arreglar el problema pero hasta el Lunes, siendo que mi reserva sólo era hasta la mañana del domingo. Mi esposo fue al siguiente día a reportar lo mismo y otra persona fue a revisar y muy amable lo arreglo en cuestión de segundos.

Parking area and outside of hotel were unlit. No lights were on. Front desk claimed it was because the timing hadn’t been adjusted yet (it had already been dark for almost an hour)… they came on later thankfully so we felt safe parking our truck and trailer in the lot. First room we got had a broken toilet that was continually running so we requested a new room. We right away went to dinner at another hotel and retuned to the second room we were assigned. Finally ready to head to bed after 12 hours of driving, we pull back the sheets and there are stains everywhere and hair. We left and requested a refund. Front desk had to call a manager and clearly made it seem like we were unreasonable and the problem. Still unsure if we will be receiving a refund. Hotel is gross and poorly kept. Should have trusted our gut from the time we pulled into the parking lot.

We have stayed at this property numerous times in the past, and it has always been an excellent stay. It is easy to access, has great parking, friendly and helpful staff, manager is out standing, shopping and dining is close by.

This is a great property for families but needs alot of maintenance done. Ceiling paint peeljng in bathroom, bathtub not draining and standing in 6 inches of water. Beds very worn. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for several nights and all the staff was nice, good rooms, ect. No one bothered us, everything was quiet, and the staff was actually educated on service dogs which was very refreshing

Bathroom was very dark with two lightbulbs on the mirror. This was the max light you could get. Bathroom door edge was rotting. Could not get onto balcony as door would not unlock. Asked about it and were told, “sometimes it’s just hard to open”. Room phone did not work at all despite being plugged in. Bathroom in pool area had the walls and vanity legs disintegrating and with large pieces missing. Hot tub looked like it had never been cleaned. Staff were not overly friendly. Most of hotel was aged but appeared clean.

Hotel doesn’t seem to care about guest comfort. There was no air conditioning to speak of in my room, & it was very hot outside. A unit blowing a little coolish air wasn’t enough to cool the room it was in let alone 2 rooms. I’d already asked for a different room & was refused because of my little dog. Thought it would eventually cool down but it didn’t. By around 7, it was cooler outside. Couldn’t open windows since it was the ground floor. Extremely uncomfortable. Also, toilet handle was broken so had to open the tank every time to flush. No poop bags in the dispenser or water/cups/towels in the tiny fitness room. Some equipment wasn’t working. Meanwhile, front desk staff was mostly sitting around every time I saw them - 1 behind the desk & the other in the coffee area on his phone.

The rooms were unclean, even aftee being moved. First room smelled of oee. Second room shower was dirty with leftovers from last guest. Air circulation sucks, so tried to open the window. It was broken like so i had to propt it open.
