All around loved this place it was our second time staying and will always be our favorite place. “The entry way was not lit at night. The path going down was very hard for my sister who is in a cast, uneven and slippery. Couch was not comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. ”

“Overall good stay in West Plaza! This is the renovated attic of a house and I believe both units get rented out. Management was incredibly responsive to any issues/ questions/ concerns I had via text and sent maintenance to come help resolve issues. Pillows could use replacing, which they said they'll do. As other reviews have noted, the walls are definitely not soundproof, but I didn't have any issues with noise. I feel that cleanliness was okay; there was a glass I had to wash by hand. Pretty……

“House was in a great location and very well maintained. The only thing negative was the people downstairs were very loud pass 11pm but can’t blame the owners for that. Easy check in and check out. Nice stay!”
