「Host was accommodating by allowing us to have family over during the day for a graduation gathering. As the weather was iffy with rain, the home allowed us to host with ample room when it rained. The host is responsive and accommodating (allowed us to bring our own grill) and also provided an outdoor solo fire pit. Bedrooms are a nice size. Location is great with nice backyard. Comfortable home!」

「After some initial confusion regarding where the front door was located, I escorted my out of town guests past the fence and into the house which was very cozy. 「The property was fine, great to have pets on 1st floor with easy access to walking outdoors. Two full bathrooms with tile floors are nice too. They might want to consider removing the stained carpeting in the bedrooms and replace it with lament flooring. Also the glassware hanging at the bar needs to be cleaned or washed before using.」

「We had some real trouble finding the property as the host did not give us an address (first time ever experiencing that), it seems like someone lives here full time and they cleared out for our arrival. Not quite guest ready, but the location was unbeatable as it’s minutes from the resort. There were 6 of us and the host did warn that it would be a tight squeeze. Overall, a bit pricey and an average home with a good location.」

「We are five women in our 60s who have been friends since childhood. One lives in Philadelphia and the others in NE Ohio. The house is the mid-point and close to Bedford where we always spend the day shopping and dining. The house has plenty of room for all of us and has all the necessities. 「My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay while we helped our daughter move to Bedford. We were so delighted that this place was available and we were not disappointed. The cottage is perfect for two. We cannot say enough about how clean it was or how beautifully it was decorated. We had everything we needed including some much needed rest after watching our two grand-daughters all day. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We plan on returning soon.」

「We loved the location for a ski trip. It was easy to ski in/out. Plenty of room for our group of 13. We had to communicate with the host a couple of times as our plans changed, and he was always available. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come back to blue knob.」
