“This place is older, but comfortable, in good shape, and clean. The king bed is very comfortable, however, sound carries from the basement apartment. There's also a washer and dryer. Outside parking was a challenge, but a garage for a compact car was available. We would stay there again!”

“Great Host and property. Everything was in working order and clean. I was especially grateful for the electric tea kettle, though it could use a good descaling. The app on my phone did not allow me to click on the Directions/Parking or Checkout instructions, but the host responded in a timely manner to my questions. We've stayed in the upstairs unit before and never noticed the unit below, but the same can't be said for the lower unit. Our upstairs neighbors had a screaming child in the middle……

“Our daughter is attending CSI and we needed to get her settled, so instead of getting a hotel we rented this apartment. We were so comfortable here. The AC was cold, the shower was hot. The beds are comfortable. It's super close to the Eagle View Apartment Complex. It was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent a gain. ”

“Finding the property took a few tries, but after that, it was easy to get to anyplace in the area with no problem. It is outside of town, but if you like a rural feeling with a new, clean place, this is perfect!”

“This was an excellent choice to stay. Beautifully decorated Apartment. Very quiet, out of the city, but close enough to everything. Loved our stay and really enjoyed visiting with the owners. Will definitely stay there again the next time we get the opportunity to visit this area.”
