Comfortable apartment with garden at 1km from the sea, located in the peaceful "Modenese Village" at1km from the sea. It is located on the first floor and has 100m2 of fully enclosed garden where you can park your car, let the children play or leave your dog free. At a distance of 500m there is the playground "Cavallino Matto" or the beach for dogs, in the hinterland instead there are pretty towns such as Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. An interesting place to see is the Gulf of Baratti which is located at a distance of 22km.
