For shared use: property 2'300 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3 km.
