In the hamlet Cristina 2.2 km from the centre of Castana, 28 km from the centre of Pavia, 84 km from the centre of Milano, on a slope. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn, courtyard. Stepped path to the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km. The pool is located across the street in approx.100 m distance on another estate with 5 living units (same owner). Please note: possibility of e-bike rental. Half day or full day e-bike tour, with lunch in a characteristic restaurant (extra).
