Nice apartment fully furnished located in S’Agaro, very close to the shops and restaurants of the area and at 10 minutes walk from San Pol beach and Sa Conca beach. There is a Park opposite the apartment (Parque San Ramon) ideal for children.
The apartment is located in the first floor, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge-dining room with a sofa-bed with access to the outside terrace with table and chairs.
The apartment has a community garden and swimming pool.
Parking is also available in the community garage.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Appartment. José ist sehr gastfreundlich und wir konnten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und kommen sehr gerne wieder!Die Zimmer waren sauber und super ausgestattet. Die beiden Strände sind fußläufig in 10 Min. sehr gut erreichbar. Die Einkaufsstraße mit verschiedenen Restaurants, Bäcker und einem Supermarkt ist ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Gastgeber, der uns viele Ausflugstipps gab. Gute, saubere Wohnung in einer kleinen Wohnanlage, allerdings hellhörig. Bequeme Betten, toller Balkon, Geschäfte fußläufig. Tolle Gegend, auch im Oktober kann man im Meer noch baden.

Les plus : Appartement spacieux, proche de la plage San Pol (10 min à pieds), et des commerçants. Parking souterrain appréciable. Propriétaire disponible.Les moins : Terrasse donnant sur la rue principale qui est très bruyante. Le logement mériterait quelques aménagements et rafraichissement : Salle de bain (douche et manque un meuble de rangement), literie du lit de 140, climatisation qui permettrait de dormir sans les fenêtres ouvertes car bruyant.Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, car la région est très belle.

Très bon accueil et conseils du propriétaire. Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Place de parking couverte appréciable ainsi que la piscine. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied. La plage est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Seul bémol nous concernant c'est le bruit de la circulation très importante à cette période sur la rue où se situe la grande terrasse qui est également très bien équipée.

Josep es un hombre muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar cualquier problema. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y tiene buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de la playa. El único punto negativo es la calor, ya que no dispone de Aire.

A holiday like at home

After many years of Italy vacation, we wanted to explore Spain this year. We knew Barcelona from a city tour in 2006, so we chose S'Agaro on the Costa Brava. Conditions for us were, we wantef washing machine, Internet, a parking space and everything should be Nest in the area. We found a holiday home that we liked to come back. The Location is a dream. Jose, the owner had contacted us shortly before the trip and asked to inform him when we know the time of our arrival. He lives in the apartment opposite. He gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. We found everything like we expected it. We had a master bedroom, children's room with two beds, bathroom with a great spacious shower, living room, balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Take care you have gas, ask if you dont‘t know how to handel. The beds were not quite as comfortable as ours at home but sufficient for our holidays. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, butcher, other restaurants. The supermarket is a bit expensive but about a 5-minute drive from the apartment you will find a Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona and Esclat. The beach, beautiful with turquoise water and golden sand, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. On Saturday and Sunday it is fuller, but you can always find a place. We had bought a neoprene suit for us girls at Decathlon and of course we were already swimming in the sea at the end of May. Now to José the owner. Friendly, helpful and always with advice to help.Thanks

Trevlig lägenhet i S’Agaro

Värden José är trevlig och serviceminded. Lägenheten är fullt utrustad med allt man behöver. Fin terass, dock en del trafik som tidvis stör. Både vi och vår hund hade en fin vistelse.

Het appartement is meer dan perfect. Zelden zo"n volledig ingericht onderkomen mee gemaakt en dat voor die prijs. Handdoeken en perfect linnengoed schoonmaakspullen en bovenal eindschoonmaak ook inbegrepen. Het enige minpuntje dat het appartement aan ee nzeer drukke weg ligten je het geluid van het verkeer niet te missen is.

Appartement parfait sur la Costa Brava

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Il est très grand, bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé dans une petite résidence calme, avec tout les commerces à proximité dans la rue et situé entre 2 plages à 10 min à pieds. La piscine est un vrai plus et très peu fréquenté (même en plein mois d'août). Et nous avons été agréablement accueilli par le propriétaire, qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour les visites, qui est très disponible et en plus parle couramment français. Bref, magnifiques vacances en famille (avec 2 ado et 1 bébé) à s'Agaro où on a pu découvrir des paysages incroyables.

Bellissima vacanza ospiti da Jose

Giorni bellissimi agli inizi di giugno con la famiglia in Costa Brava. Al nostro arrivo bella accoglienza di Jose, ci ha messo immediatamente a nostro agio, essendo appena arrivati da un lungo viaggio in auto, poi ci fornito alcuni consigli per visitare la zona. Jose è stato sempre disponibile e gentile in tutto il periodo del nostro alloggio. Appartamento esattamente come nelle foto/descrizione, bello, ampio, confortevole, pulito, ok per trascorrere in serenità una vacanza di famiglia. Dotato di tutto, sia in cucina, stoviglie di ogni tipo, frigorifero grande, microonde, macchinetta caffè (con cialde offerte da Jose), prodotti per la pulizia, sia in bagno. Letti molto confortevoli, materassi comodi, spugnette proteggi materasso e lenzuola perfettamente puliti/nuovi. Divano ampio e comodo, balcone con tenda ottimo per mangiare all’esterno. Grande e pulita la piscina (profondità 1-2,5 metri e angolo bimbi) con bel prato intorno. Posto strategico: S'Agaro molto carino, con bellissima spiaggia, con sabbia morbida e acqua bassa, dove è possibile pranzare e noleggiare canoe. A 5 min. c’è Platja d'Aro, davvero carina e pienissima di locali, molto frequentata da giovani. S’Agaro comodissima per raggiungere Barcellona, autostrada panoramica (non più a pagamento!), in un’ora si arriva a Badalona, si parcheggia e si prende il metro per la bellissima Barcellona. Consigliamo a tutti questo appartamento per scoprire le bellezze della Costa Brava, di Barcellona e della Spagna.

Erholung an der Costa Brava in zentraler Lage

Danke Jose für den netten Kontakt und die vielen Informationen über die Gegend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm! Durch die zentrale Lage war die Costa Brava von der franz. Genze bis Barcelona gut zu erkunden. Fussläufig erreichbar sind Einkaufsläden und Restaurants.
