“Very fun stay in comfortable camper. Very relaxing. I would have appreciated more lighting in the driveway to find our camper easier. I arrived after dark and it was extremely dark around the property, but when camping that’s usually a good thing. ”

“This house is so beautiful and the setting is private, surrounded by live oaks, wildflowers, lush green woods, deer, rabbits, and we even saw a road runner!The house is meticulous and so well maintained. It’s on a road where many cattle farms are so you are always seeing cattle and steer grazing. We all loved being there. I highly recommend this home. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time here. It was exactly what we needed to get away from work and kids for a long weekend. It's far enough off the beaten path that you feel secluded and private but you're close to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock for days out there. The cabin was cozy but not tight-quartered and felt very relaxing. Many birds and deer can be seen right from the porch, adding to the seclusion. We loved our stay and would certainly want to come back.”

“Our stay at the Cottage was absolutely wonderful! The interior was very clean, kept up to date, and so comfortable. Star gazing was a treat on the back porch with plenty of seating. In the mornings you can watch out the front windows as the deer come in. If able, plan time to hike the trail to mountain point...the view was beautiful! This location is perfect if you want to be away from town, but still within 20 minutes - with an awesome drive.”
