The accommodation features a lift, garden furniture, a 4 m² terrace, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, television and satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German, French).
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
