「Disappointing and misleading experience I understand the credit may have been outside the official policy, but the way it was handled was very frustrating. I had to leave one night early and asked at reception whether the unused night could be credited. The person at the desk told me it would be credited, but later the hotel denied the credit through Expedia. If the answer was no, they should have said that clearly at the time. Being told one thing in person and then having the request denied...

「Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. La chambre était un peu petite mais bien équipée et nous avons bien eu les 3 lits séparés qui était une exigence de notre part.
