「Solid choice and central」

「We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. It is not about the range of things, but the quality of the items and general hospitality. While the Hotel is small, I was positively surprised about the pool which was warmed and sports room, which was small but very nice considering the space it has. 」
