“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) Ottimi gli spazi interni comodissimi e spaziosi. Lo spazio esterno vanta una vista meravigliosa e rilassante. Si potrebbe attrezzare forse meglio. La piscina è……

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben uns sehr gefreut”

“Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. La piscina é una meraviglia, ma quello che mi ha stupita di piú é che ogni animaletto, ha un nome come "Peppe" lo scoiattolo.La famiglia che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! “Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!”

Accueil formidable ( corbeille de fruits, eau, lait, vin et plateaux de pâtisseries !) Villa conforme à sa description située en effet à la campagne sans voisins à proximité! “Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Morro d Alba insgesamt waren wir 23 Erwachsene und Kinder. Das Meer ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die super Tipps von Heidi haben wir fast alle umgesetzt. Wir sagen Danke und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sorgt für Entspannung und das Haus ist großzügig, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. . Es gibt vier Schlafzimmerr in der ersten Etage sowie eins im Etdgeschoss, was vergleichsweise klein ist und uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat wie die Zimmer oben. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer findet sich im Cottage. Toll wäre es, wenn auch die Fenster des Wohnzimmers Fliegengitter hätten. Dann könnte……

“A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!”
