「Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from.」

「Great place next to nice pub with good food and beer. Plenty of off road parking, spacious and well laid out room with easy chair, desk chair, tea, instant coffee and pod coffee, biscuits and fridge. No breakfast, so take your own. No reception so be aware that you need to provide a mobile number in order to receive a digital key, or chack your emails for instructions on how to retrieve a key card.」

「Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk.」

「Pod was spotless and very well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with a double bed and double sofa bed. Parking beside the pod which would easily fit 2 cars. The site was very clean and well presented. Check in was very easy and the owner was very informative and friendly. Very well stocked shop. My only downside which was no ones fault, we arrived on a very hot day and the pod was extremely hot. Luckily we bought fans with us. We slept with the...

「Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay」

「Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.」

「I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou」

「Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! 」

「Stop over while visiting Sandringham. Ideal situation staff helpyroom ideal would use again easy parking」

「The staff are very friendly here with a genuine aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are set out motel style with each room having direct access to outside the property. Overall, the rooms are basic but more importantly, clean. However, for the rate I booked was £160. This amount of money, I found it poor value. There is no desk to work from, the bedside tables are in the region of £20 each and there is no surface area on the bathroom for your toiletries. The restaurant...

「Next to a very busy, noisy road. Cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom plus a long dark hair on my hand towel, which I wiped on my face. The staff were very nice and the food was good though. I wouldn’t return due to cleanliness and noise」

「Very good」

「De gemeenschappelijke keuken was vies. De kamers gehorig. De douche had alleen stand heet. Verder goed geholpen online.」

「Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...
