「Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. 「The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. 「We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. 「At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply.
