“The rooms and bedding’s were not clean and I asked for my money back, it was point blank refused, they also left a used bottle of water for me, also, there were unused in the fridge that were smelling.”

“A nice cottage set in lovely well maintained grounds, with a swimming pool and a hot tub too. We used this cottage as a base to explore the local area and found some nice places to visit.Dartford Central park is nice with a lake, café, exercise equipment, play area for kids etc. We also went to checkers pub for Sunday lunch which nice but you need to book.”

“Clean, spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. We had 17 adults stay here which meant using 2 cottages and the house. We stayed here for Christmas and cooked at the house for 17, the kitchen was very well stocked for this with all the equipment we required for cooking. The only down side was the sofa beds were realistically only 1 person beds not doubles.”

“Beautiful cottage in an amazing setting - ideal for people who don’t want to use their cars once there! Communication with Skykes Cottages was very process heavy tho - we received so many useless emails before the booking, then during the trip there was so many different people to talk to for every problem. They took time to help. They don’t reply to WhatsApp for Hours tho they say to contact you there. Some improvements needed there to make it seamless please 🙏”
