"Air conditioning? There was no window open to street. The window was looking to a dark space!!! No fresh Air. The room was not 30m2. İt was only 15m2. And two Queen beds!! So no space left for customers. We discussed these problems but receptionist insisted that there is no other room. I will not use Hotels.com either in th future. 30m2 Ha ha ha.
Last point the cover of the plug was missing. Very dangerous. I have a photo."

"I believe this is the best hotel in Konya, the room are so spacious, and the bed are very comfortable and plenty of amenities offered. The breakfast is generous and the staff were amazing. Has electric car charging for electric cars and plenty of private and secured parking. Highly recommended. This hotel is new so everything is fresh and new and the location is perfect. Highly recommended. "

"The stay was amazing and it's right outside the Rumi Tombs and mosque. The staff were also amazing. They helped with booking taxi and were accommodating to a late check out too. Really nice family run hotel. "

"The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition.
They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided.
We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state."

"We felt very welcome with advice about places to eat, etc and service was good. Superb location for visiting the Rumi tomb and central Konya. The room was adequately sized for a few days stay, with plenty of storage. The beds were very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet though the hotel was located in the heart of town. Good bathroom as well. The lobby is spacious and a nice place to sit for a coffee or tea."
