「They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have...

「It seems close to the airport... but you have to take taxi there! The breakfast was too simple, maybe because of christmas day. No shops or restaurants or people around.. The facility in the room is old and no light on the road.」

However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. 「Great central location for most attractions. For train or bus stations, it takes about 15-20min walk. Luca (host) was easy to reach and gave us information around the area. Only thing to note: the accommodation is on 1st floor without lift, and fewer charging ports that others that we stayed in. But for us is no big deal. 」

「That place is a hidden gem with super lovely, attentive and caring hosts. The place itself is perfectly located near to the city center and everything such as sightseeing, shops restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are decorated with passion and making you feel home very quick. The sweets and even more the super career and caring couple running that place made my stay just perfect.
