The owner were very helpful and willing to assist in anything needed, the B&B is located in the city center, close to attractions and the antique part of the city.

The hostess was lovely- very helpful. My only problem was that I locked myself in the bathroom and for 1 and 1/2 hours couldn’t work out how to unlock the door. Very traumatic as no one else was on the premises.

For budget travelers

Plus: location, comfy bed and budget friendly. I perhaps didn’t read the info on hotels.com but this more of a hostel with a shared bathrooms (but individual rooms to lock) The rooms are not soundproof, just regular doors as in a regular apartment. So you hear everyone moving around, coming/going to the bathroom. Bring earplugs! My room was very dark. Breakfast was a yoghurt and a prepacked cornetto. I recommend if you are on a tight budget or will only sleep a couple of hours.

Beware of "on-site parking"

The location is convenient for sightseeing and the room itself looked clean and comfortable (albeit with a shared bathroom), but we could not use it because of the car. The neighborhood did not encourage leaving it on the street - the closest free space was near Teatro Greco - and the on-site parking offered was simply the ground floor of a staircase with a gate so narrow that only an experienced driver using a really small car could get in. We had a return flight next morning, therefore we preferred to accept the loss of money (the booking was non-refundable) and look for something else than to risk potential trouble with the rented brand-new car.

The owner was very helpful a d offered me a ride to the airport the next morning for very little. He explained all the fun places fo go to which was very near the B&B to do...very walkable. Great location.

Уютное местечко,мои окна выходили во двор,был маленький балкончик со столиком .Тихо спокойно,не смотря на то что расположение 5 минутах от центра. Семья добрая,отзывчивая.Елинственное что никто не говорит по английски.У меня с этим вопросов не возникло ,так как я говорю по итальянски. Рекомендую как бюджетный отдых.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bella Stella.It has a really unique feel, kind of like you are at home or staying with friends. The best things about this B&B though was its location! It was really easy just to walk out and get to the town centre.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, so was the bathroom. Luca is a friendly guy. Area is close to everything, walkable distance to all the attractions. Recommend this place

Teresa was a sweetheart! I loved the little coffee shop/bar next door, and the tiny streets in the neighborhood.

シングルベッドが3台おいてある部屋に滞在しました。 運良く宿泊客が同部屋にいなかったので、シングル貸切状態でした。 場所は少し分かりにくかったですが、一応小さな看板があったのでたどり着けました。 客室もとても少ないように感じ、一家で経営しているような雰囲気でした。 チェックアウトで荷物を預かってもらおうとしたのですが、12時以降は有料でした。 旧市街中心には歩いていけます。 セントラル駅にも少し遠いですが歩けるレベルでした。 部屋は広くて、シャワールームは、狭いですがボディソープ等置いてくれているので助かりました。 レセプションカウンターが無いので少し戸惑いましたが、アットホームな雰囲気の可愛らしいホテルでした。 わたし的にはレセプションカウンターとくつろげるロビーがほしかったです。

A place like home!

We have spent one night at the B&B Bella Stella. We were 4 (2 adults, 1 little girl and 1 baby) and really enjoyed the experience. It really felt like home! The place is close to the airport and can be easily accessed by car. We warmly recommend!

Nice Friendly Place

Lovely B&B. Teresa was very helpful (as was her husband). Great location. Lots to see and do and very near the main piazza where there are dozens of restaurants.

Great location. Able to walk to all the sights, with plenty of restaurants in the area. Clean and comfortable room. Teresa and Luca were very helpful. I would stay here again!

Good b&b in the heart of Catania

Excellent b&b quality, room was nice and quiet, and possible to lock up. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, air-conditioning worked perfectly. The owner picked me up from the airport because I arrived so late. Place is close to Piazza Duomo. No elevator, and is situated in 2. Floor
