Just 5 mins to The Chart Room & The Lobster Trap!

Easily explore nearby beaches by walking to Barlow’s Landing (.5 mile to Barlow's Landing) and Hen’s Cove. Short drives to beloved spots like Monument Beach and Old Silver Beach (a quick 12 min drive).

Bedroom 1 has a King bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds (Twin on top, full on bottom, and a twin trundle).

Enter the coastal-inspired living room and experience the essence of relaxation, Cape Cod style. The living room couch doubles as a full-sized pull-out bed and includes a desk area, perfect for those who need a work-from-home space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Relax in the peaceful backyard, perfect for cocktails, cookouts, and games of wiffle ball. Enjoy the brand new outdoor shower (available after May 15 2024).

Very quaint home with plenty of space for the family and a well stocked home. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and the bed we were in was very comfortable. Any easy walk down to the marina and small beach for the kids. The breakfast place, Pizza place and convenience store was right around the corner. Only heads up for others is the laundry area in the basement…not my favorite.

Falmouth Road Race

This was an ideal spot for us. Close to the Corner Cafe, Chart Room and the beach. The house was perfect for our 5 adults. The inside had plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor space and outdoor shower were perfect. We hope to be back!
