「Unfortunately, the sensor light out the front of our bungalow stayed on all night, keeping our room very bright. Reported the issue and were told it would be fixed by maintenance. Night 2 had the same issue. 2 sleepless nights out of 2 had us very tired! Otherwise, room and views were awesome!」

「Clean」

「整體環境可以，冷氣有冷，房乾淨，淋浴廁所很空間大，共用冰箱跟微波爐及熱水壺都有提供。唯獨隔音效果不佳，廁所使用淋浴時，水管聲音很大，連房間都聽得到，非常吵。」

「We booked our first night away leaving our 7 month old baby - The Beachcomber was amazing. The facilities, pool and rooms are lovely. The location is just the ultimate for relaxation and it was also really easy to have the pub/restaurant on site as well. We would love to come back.」

「The room was spacious, clean and had a great outlook over the river. It had everything you'd need in the kitchen. First impressions though are you are staying at a building site. Fencing, building materials and site signs are what you see first, the car park is unfinished, the reception is not operational. It well located and will be a top class motel when finished.」

「Good location」

「Located at side of Lake Macquarie. Must put Marks Point if you set GPS. The same highway number led us to a place 40 mins far away. Owner of motel is a friendly lady and give us valuable info of where to explore and eat. Will stay there again for future visits. Restaurant at Gunyah Hotel nearby is very good too.」

「Shower plumbing fail.」

「Nice and clean hotel. The Gym is prefect. I have booked for 3 people, that would be even better , if the hotel has prepared enough towels and slippers for 3 people 」

「we book two days stay ，the guy passed key to us day one we been out for whole day when we back I open the door of room 7，there is an other couple ling on the bed ，cant believe this happen，after this the other guy blame us said“its all ur fault to take the wrong key the room not belong to us ”，then why u double confirm ，then give us the key in the beginning，by the way they didn't give the side door key after they lock it」
