「Stayed here while looking for a place for our son in Alexandria, which was about 45 minutes away by car with traffic, but this place is well worth the drive since it is a beautifully appointed unit above the owner's 2nd garage and an exclusive neighborhood in Manases. Monica and David, the owners, were great! Highly recommend!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this location, it’s a hidden gem with beautiful countryside around it, a great host couple, and many places to explore close by. Our 4 year old daughter loved the horses, alpacas and dogs on the property. Great long weekend location outside DC. Very cozy, well maintained house.」

「The location is great. Close enough to many eateries, grocery stores, etc. The house itself was big enough for my family but we were disappointed with the two (2) air mattresses. One deflated and the other just wouldn't stay inflated. For those of you that know about sleeping on an air mattress you can identify.」

I wish the indoor pool was open a little later, but the kids were able to get in an hour of swimming before it closed. The cabin was well stocked with all essentials and was clean and cozy!
