41 m² apartment, west facing, completely renovated. View of the mountains.
It consists of a lounge area, with sofa and television/wifi.
Very well equipped open kitchen: oven, refrigerator, induction hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner.

A first bedroom with 1 bunk bed (1 bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 bed 90 cm x 140 cm) a storage unit with 13 compartments + wardrobe.

A second bedroom with 1 bunk bed (1 bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 bed 90 cm x 140 cm) a storage unit with 8 compartments + a cot.

A third bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm, an 8-box storage unit with 2 bedside tables.
A bathroom, with vanity unit, washing machine, heated towel rail and hair dryer.
Independent toilet.
Tourist tax in addition.

The ERA GRAOULERA residence is located right in the center of Cauterets, close to all conveniences, restaurants, swimming pool, spa center, ice rink, cinema, ski hire companies. Ideal in winter for not using your car. 750 m from the cable cars which take you to the slopes of the Cirque du Lys. The residence benefits from an “everything on foot” location.

Optional service at preferential rates: sheets, towel, high chair, 2-hour pass at the rock bath.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End of stay cleaning T4 : 120 €.
- Baby High Chair : 20 €.
- Pet package : 40 €.
