“We just returned home after 5 nights at Ravino, after visiting Venice and Rome. This was the perfect, beautiful, and relaxing end to our two week Italy vacation (me, my husband and two daughters 23 and 20). The grounds are breathtaking - a desert garden labor of love that you can get lost in. The views are equally breathtaking. The location is perfect - about a 20-minute walk to town or the the beach/thermal gardens or easy bus access. If you prefer a private taxi, they will happily arrange it.……

Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was……

“We selected Samiramis as a bit of a splurge to recover from the marathon travel day from San Francisco. The staff were very helpful with arranging the airport transfer and early check in. The property was beautiful, with 4 thermal pools and wonderful views. We had thought we might have a day at Poseidon just down the road, but we enjoyed Samiramis so much, what was the point? We were certain we had made the right choice when we ran into the crowd leaving Poseidon at the end of the day and……

“I had a lovely time at Hotel Park Calitto. It is a family-run business, which lends the place a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is well-maintained, and the two pools are very nice. One is a warm thermal pool, and the other is perfect for warm days. The view of the mountains is also very pleasing. “We loved our stay in a suite for 3 Nights. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with flowers and lit paths and our suite was incredible. The thermal pools are lovely ( the swim caps take some time to get used to for non Italians). The hotel shuttle we booked was bumpy and I would not recommend It. The driver spoke no English and we had to sort a way to figure out where he was parked at the airport. Then when we arrived at the port, a driver put our luggage in the truck, demanded a voucher for the……

“Buon hotel, soprattutto per la zona piscina. La colazione non è eccezionale ma per chi ama il dolce c'è abbastanza. È presente anche una macchinetta per fare cappuccino ecc La cosa peggiore probabilmente sono le stanze troppo antiquate. Ma purtroppo questo "problema" ad ischia è abbastanza comune. La posizione è strategica sia per le spiagge che per il centro. Non c'è niente vicinissimo ma tutto è raggiungibile in max 20 min a piedi. L'angolo bar e la cucina hanno prezzi onesti. Per concludere……
