On the main level, the living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a television, with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen also opens onto the terrace, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A dedicated billiard room completes the communal living spaces. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and includes a private shower room with WC as well as a television. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, and a television. The third bedroom also features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a television, and direct access to the terrace. The 2 bathrooms serving the property consist of the en-suite shower room with WC in the first bedroom and a separate main bathroom equipped with a double hand-basin and an independent WC.
