lost bag never found

stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!

Do not prepay if u have to check out early they will not refund you I booked 3 nights had to check out 1 night early went to do my check out at 9:15 am. Check out went fine till I ask for my refund. No refund. Cause I prepaid that a joke they should have been glad I prepaid them but I got no refund and the keep my money for 1 night that I wasn’t even there and re rented the room to someone else double pay for them. Not very clean room had a oder just a old motel but is close to lots of places

This place should be closed down, was completely disgusting. Un save to even spend the night.

We had a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Staff wasn’t very friendly. When we woke up in the am there were ants crawling up the wall, on the desk where my belongings were and subsequently inside my belongings.

Unplanned weekend.

The motel room was clean but well used. Sparsely supplied with the essential items anyone would expect to find in a motel these days. This location seems a bit run down, but for the price I suppose it was ok. Staff was friendly and courteous though.

Had no complaintscomplaints, only thing i could say is the housekeeping staff didn't clean my room and just gave me fresh towels but no other complaints

You should probably try somewhere else

The room smelled like mold/mildew. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and there were stains on the carpet.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Motel 6, and the staff is very accommodating. Our room did not have a fridge and microwave, they did bring one to the room. The room was very clean! The gave us extra pillows and towels when we asked for them. This hotel is dated but very clean and reasonably priced. The pool was always clean. We will be back in a few months to stay again!!!

Check it out before you check in

Everything was great except for a broken a/c unit in July. Clean, good service. The room was warm when I arrived, so I turned it on high, took a shower and left. When I came back it was still uncomfortably warm but too late at night to get any assistance. I didn’t press the issue next day at checkout, but I did let them know. I’d probably try and stay there again in the future.
