"Good place, clean rooms and great breakfast"

"Stunning views, initial check on process was not good, had to contact VRBO the day of check-in, but once established, all went well. Dinimg chairs and livingroom couch, were old and in need of a refresh. Internet was great but no smart tv (only one tv), so if you don't speak Italian, you are out of luck, bring an hdmi cable to connect your personal device. "

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "
