"Good value with access to the Westin for beach. One bedroom suite did not have bedroom with a door - open floor plan which was unclear from photos & not ideal for our family. We had three people in a room which stated it accommodated four people and at 10 o’clock on our first night, we realized we had no sheets or bedding for the pullout sofa.
We stayed in a room off of the Esterly Tibett’s Highway & lots of noise from jake brakes in early morning was challenging. Also had to ask each day for room necessities like towels, bath mats, dish cloths, toilet paper & coffee setups—as we stayed four nights, it seemed each day we had to ask for these items & I'm uncertain why.
My recommendation upon check-in would be to ask to a roomer closer to Westin & away from highway.
The office did check us a few hours early which we greatly appreciated.

"Overall a fabulous hotel, clean and staff was fantastic and super friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Bonus it's a short, easy walk to the best.
Bata Bar by the pool surves not only the most picture perfect pina colada but best tasting too! Be sure to order one. "
"Breakfast was made fresh every day, rooms were perfectly clean, beds were comfy, all staff were 11/10 so hospitable, helpful and welcoming.
A short 2-5 min walk to the beautiful 7 mile beach! "
"A truly impressive property and location on 7 mile beach. The staff from every aspect of the resort were so friendly, engaging, and personable. The restaurants were great, the beach is outstanding, and the view from the balcony was stunning. So happy we chose the Kimpton Seafire for our vacation and a very heartfelt thank you to all the staff and management of this beautiful property."
"Pros: location was excellent! Right across the street from 7 mile beach. The hotel provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels and even a cooler that you can pack. Good restaurants near by. Room was very clean and provided all amenities needed for long stay. Full kitchen and washer /dryer was a plus. Excellent pools on each floor.
Cons: the gym, called rec room on the first floor can get loud early morning from ppl dropping weights on the floor. We heard them every morning and it would wake us up, not ideal when trying to sleep in during vacations.
Would we go back- yes, but we’d make sure it wasn’t in the building above the gym."
The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Room was clean. Noticed a sewage smell coming from the toilet, the whole time we were there. Seems like for the price this hotel could use some renovations. Was promised that I would get an ocean view room the day after I checked in. I went to front desk to check the following morning, and they told me there were not any rooms with king beds available. Just a double queen bed and it would cost $100 more per day. I declined that due to already paying a lot for the room we got above the front door. The other thing I noticed is that if you want to relax or take a nap in the room during the day it is extremely noisy. Between talking loudly and all the doors slamming it was impossible to be in the room during the day. The best part of this hotel is the location. It is right on the beach, and they have plenty of beach loungers with umbrellas. This is my third time at The Westin in 10 years, the first year they were working on the lobby so that is pretty new and still in good shape."
"It was pretty close to most things. Like a big supermarket, beach, restaurants and more.
Easy to check in via app. No need to stand in line and wait. They will text you when your room is done so you can enter."
