  • Welcome to Oceanview Cayucos professionally managed by SLO Vacay located at 772 S Ocean! Bring your family and friends to this gorgeous 3 bedroom with amazing ocean views and just a short walk to the beach and downtown.



    Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 9 and with gorgeous views you can't go wrong!!



    Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:



    Upper Level: Living and dining, Upper deck and ocean views, Master bedroom w/ King Bed and twin pullout, sleeper in living room, and bathroom w/ dual access for guests



    Lower Level: Queen w/ office, King with access to lower deck and firepit, shared bath at the end of the hallway



    Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise monitor at property.

    Cayucos Pier and Downtown 1 mile

    San Luis Obispo 18 miles

    Paso Robles 20 miles



    Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the garage and driveway. No street parking allowed.



    We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.



    We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.



    Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords. Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically over which we have no control.



    This property does not have Air Conditioning.





    Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport



    Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Cayucos. The location is convenient and closely located to beach access, downtown and the pier. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with lots of room. Check -in went smoothly. Having a small beach access was great for the kids and they could walk. The only issue would be handicapped accessibility.

This house hits just right. It’s just the right distance from the shops and restaurants; it’s close to a beach access; it’s a cute place to relax with friends and family!

Perfect getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Megan was very good with communication and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

A beautiful comfortable and immaculately clean house. Plenty of space and comfortable beds for all! A short walk to the beach or to town. Peaceful and quiet. The host was so accessible and always responded quickly! I will be returning!

Fabulous!

An awesome home, perfect for me, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law and our granddaughter. Convenient to town and the beach. Comfortable, with a nice deck and views of the ocean. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. We’ll definitely come back.

What a relaxing, beautiful home! Lovely evenings spent on either the upper deck with ocean views, or the lower patio with the fire pit. It was a quick walk down the road to the public beach access. Open windows provided the soothing sounds of the waves! Family meals cooked together, followed by games, or some tv in all the bedrooms and living area. Mornings with coffee or tea, the view and the living room fireplace was so cozy. Speaking of cozy, there were lots of throw blankets to sit back and cuddle in while enjoying the views, the sounds and the family! Loved it!

Wonderful Experience

From the time I booked the trip, to the time I left the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Prior to my arrival all of the information I needed was layed out for me. The house was in beautiful condition and everything was very clean and tidy. The house was very close to the beach and stores if needed. The host checked in with me to see if we needed anything and the exit instructions were given in a timely manner as well. I would definitely bring my family to stay here again.
