"This historical property has been meticulously updated with modern conveniences and decorated in a charming and tasteful cottage style. The host was very positive and communicative and provided lovely fresh flowers and locally made sweet treats and an outstanding locally made chicken pot pie that were very much appreciated following a late arrival!"

"Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed staying a few days in the Carriage House, which was well-equipped and situated. It was very comfortable and clean, and convenient for storing our bikes in the garage. It was centrally located to the historic sites and gardens we wanted to visit, but also located back in quiet beautiful woods. We would highly recommend staying here if you are interested in visiting the area. "

"This house is a hidden gem! It has amazing appliances and everything you could need. The location is perfect - within walking distance to the Brandywine Park and close to cute shops and restaurants. If you're visiting Wilmington, I highly recommend it."
