Just a few steps from the beach and the pine forest, your Space by the Sea allows you to wake up every day to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and breathe in the fresh, salty sea air.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building along the seafront in Marina di Cecina, in an ideal location to explore the local shops, restaurants, and bars. The area is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea while having everything within reach.
The interior is bright and welcoming. The living area includes a spacious living room with a balcony, from which you can admire breathtaking sunsets and enjoy moments of relaxation with a view of the horizon. The kitchen, though small, is well-organized and functional, equipped with plates, utensils, and the main appliances, including an oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a French bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom, with a window and a washing machine, completes the layout.
Additionally, the apartment features a convenient garage, a valuable asset, especially in such a sought-after area. The garage provides a secure space for parking your car and storing beach gear or bicycles, ensuring practicality and convenience during your stay.
Whether it's a summer or winter getaway, your Space by the Sea is a retreat that combines beauty, tranquility, and well-being in every season of the year.
Due to construction work, the accommodation’s garage is available only for bookings from June 1 onwards.

Super close to beach and restaurants, nice apartment

We were not the 1st time in Cecina but it was our 1st time in this apartment. Everything you need for a nice holiday was there. It was clean, nice view fron the balcony and the size of the apartment is great. I also had contact with the owner, a friendly person. There was a nice bottle of wine as a present. We loved it. Only one thing: for our feeling the beds are a little bit too hard. The garage is suitable for small cars. I appreciate it that the owner gave valid information in this case. We are looking forward to booking it again. Thank you!
