"Was told they have poker tables they do not…. Room wasn’t room I booked but arrived late so I guess I’m lucky they didn’t cancel room. Room was ok…trash still in cans and ac didn’t work well.."

"The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - ..."
