「Our stay was brief, but we were welcomed when we arrived late and the night manager was very helpful when I appeared shortly after, seeking water and a toothbrush! The hotel common areas and our room were VERY clean, the bed and pillows VERY comfortable. My only recommendations are 1) the AC unit fan was noisy, but close enough to white noise for us, and the shower-head & spout had seen better days, and could be replaced, but it was sufficient. Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. 「The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. 「Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.」

「Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful.
