Light in the bathroom was pouring water when the room above me showered. The room reeked of old stale smoke. When I told the staff about my room, all she said was OK I’ll let my boss know. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this hotel.

I didn't like the the fact that they required a $100 cash security deposit on top of the already paid reservation. Had to leave and go find a cash machine and then return. If you use a debit or credit card it's 10 days before you get your deposit back!

The afternoon manager was very helpful in recommending eateries in the area. Staff was pleasant. All was good. My room was on the west side of the building and a larger building was very close, so the room did not get much sunlight, The room air conditioning seemed dank.

There was urine in the toilet when we arrived. Used taco lid by the trash can that was not ours. Second day my husbands key no longer worked. Food was not warm at breakfast. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Decided to check out even though it was not refundable for Saturday night. Also when we went to check in the person was a little rude as we were a little early so chose to go get gas. Will never stay at a quality inn again as it was not a pleasant experience.

The hotel was clean overall. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary continental breakfast was good. My main concern was safety. A sign at the front entrance said the hotel was not responsible for vehicle theft or items stolen from vehicles, which made me uneasy about parking there. Overall, the friendly staff was a plus, but the parking lot security concerns would make me hesitate to stay again.
